The wrong color was sent and I immediately received an apology. The correct color was sent and I was told to keep the one with the wrong color. It does not get any better than that. Best ever customer service and fantastic work and ship!!!

Seller handmade a new, double clip lanyard (in safety blaze orange as both primary and secondary colors) for me.
